Return/Refund Policy
We are committed to your satisfaction. Therefore, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our work, you will be entitled to a full refund.
Upon completion of a reproduction, we will take a digital photo of the painting and email it to you for approval. If you are not satisfied, we will improve the painting until you are or you can request a refund. Furthermore, if for any reason you are not satisfied after you receive a painting, you may return it to us within 14 days for replacement, exchange, or a full refund (less shipping costs).
We accept returns for exchange or refund 14 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 14 calendar days, we may offer an exchange or store credit only. Items
must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is "without showing signs of wear or damage in any way."
Items must be returned in original packaging and include a copy of the sales receipt AND a Return Authorization (RA) number.
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Service immediately. Items that are damaged or items that you did not order from us will qualify for store credit or a full refund, including shipping costs. If you receive a damaged painting, please take a photos of the damaged package which will help us with the claim with the shipping company.
